2. Nature and Purpose of the Platform
The EUFUA platform operates as an upstream institutional interface and project preparation support system for EU–Ukraine cooperation, PPP readiness, and investment facilitation.
EUFUA does not operate as a procurement authority, investment advisor, financial intermediary, or official EU institution. Submission through this platform does not constitute financing commitment, procurement participation, or institutional endorsement.
3. Eligibility and Registration
Access to full platform features is restricted to verified public sector entities. To register, users must:
- Represent a legitimate public sector organisation
- Provide accurate organisational and contact information
- Use an official institutional email address
- Accept these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy
EUFUA reserves the right to verify, suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria.
4. Submission of Project Information
By submitting project information, you represent and warrant that:
- All information provided is accurate, complete and up-to-date
- You are duly authorised to submit on behalf of the named organisation
- The project does not involve procurement-sensitive or classified information
- Submission does not create any legal or financial obligation for EUFUA
5. Platform Features and Limitations
EUFUA provides the following services through this platform:
- Project intake, screening and readiness assessment
- Institutional verification of public partner organisations
- Project Fiche generation for institutional presentation
- Facilitation of introductions to EU institutions, IFIs and donors (non-binding)
- Advisory pathway assignment and project preparation support
EUFUA does not guarantee financing outcomes, investor introductions, project approvals, or admission to any IFI or donor programme.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, scoring methodology and generated documents are the intellectual property of EUFUA VZW. Users retain ownership of their submitted project data.
7. Confidentiality
EUFUA treats all submitted project information as confidential and will not share it without explicit consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EUFUA VZW shall not be liable for:
- Loss arising from reliance on platform content or project assessments
- Failure to secure financing, investment or donor funding
- Decisions made by third parties regarding submitted projects
- Platform downtime or technical errors beyond EUFUA's control
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
