EUFUA VZW operates as an upstream institutional interface and project preparation support platform for EU–Ukraine cooperation, PPP readiness, reconstruction facilitation, and investment pipeline development. EUFUA acts as a bridge between Ukrainian public sector actors and the European institutional ecosystem.

Submission of project information, registration, receipt of a Project Fiche, or any communication from EUFUA does not constitute or imply:

  • A financing commitment, loan approval, or grant award
  • An investment recommendation or endorsement
  • Participation in any procurement or tender process
  • Institutional approval or endorsement by any EU institution, IFI or donor
  • A guarantee of investor introduction or financing outcome

5. Project Assessment Independence

EUFUA's internal scoring represents an independent assessment for pipeline structuring purposes. This does not constitute due diligence, financial analysis, or investment advice.

6. Third Party Actions

EUFUA bears no responsibility for decisions of EU institutions, IFIs, donors, or investors. All financing and procurement decisions rest exclusively with relevant third-party organisations.

7. Governing Framework

EUFUA operates subject to Belgian non-profit law (VZW/ASBL legislation), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) and EU Transparency Register obligations, and applies its institutional mandate and governance doctrine.
